Participants will learn to use their “authentic self ” for inner development and improved relationships.  Learn to talk and relate to others from your true self. Discover how feelings and emotions can be used to become more connected to yourself and others. Explore deeper aspects of your own nature. This is a group for those with the interest and courage to delve more deeply into themselves and to share in that process with others. This experience can be truly transformational.

Meeting time is 1:00 – 2:30pm. The fee is $40 per session. The group will be ongoing.
